These terms explain what Gravix is, that it is operated by Spotlight Media LLC, who may use it, how it may be used in connection with company-owned Meta assets, and how the app handles public-facing interactions that pass through the company’s social channels.

Scope And Service Description

Gravix is an internal operations app operated by Spotlight Media LLC and used by authorized employees of Spotlight Media LLC. It is used to manage company-owned Meta assets, including ad accounts, Facebook Pages, Instagram business accounts, Messenger inboxes, and Instagram Direct conversations.

These Terms and Conditions apply to use of the app itself, plus the public legal pages associated with it. The app is not offered as a public software product for outside customers or client businesses.

Authorized Use

Access to the full Gravix app is limited to authorized employees and approved internal operators. Public visitors may access legal pages such as this one, but may not access restricted internal workflows without authorization.

Authorized users may use the app only for legitimate company business, including:

  • publishing or managing ads in company-owned ad accounts
  • reviewing internal Meta reporting and performance metrics
  • moderating and responding to comments and direct messages for company-owned social properties

Acceptable Use

Users of the app may not:

  • use the app to access assets not owned or approved by the business
  • share credentials or bypass access controls
  • use platform data for personal use, resale, profiling, or unrelated marketing
  • export or disclose user content except as necessary for approved business operations
  • misuse Meta messaging or moderation tools in ways that violate Meta policy or applicable law

Meta And Third-Party Services

The app depends on Meta APIs and other third-party services, including infrastructure, database, logging, and AI providers. Availability of those services may affect app functionality.

Use of Meta-powered features is also subject to Meta’s applicable platform terms, policies, and product rules.

Comment And Message Handling

Comments, messages, moderation actions, and related workflow data may be stored in the app to support internal moderation, support, audit, retry, and operational workflows.

If an employee uses AI-assisted reply generation, relevant message or comment text may be processed by a third-party service provider to generate an internal suggestion for review.

Privacy And Data Deletion

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Instructions for requesting deletion of stored Meta interaction data are described on the Data Deletion page.

By continuing to interact with the business through Meta properties, you acknowledge that internal tools may be used to review, respond to, and manage those interactions in line with the Privacy Policy.

Availability And Changes

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features of the app at any time, including in response to operational, legal, security, or Meta platform requirements.

We may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.

The app is provided by Spotlight Media LLC on an internal, as-available basis for business use. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spotlight Media LLC disclaims warranties not expressly stated here.

These Terms do not limit any rights or obligations that apply under Meta’s own platform terms, privacy requirements, or applicable law.
