Overview

This page explains how to request deletion of data related to interactions handled through Gravix, the internal operations app operated by Spotlight Media LLC. This page is intended to serve as the public user data deletion instructions page for the app.

The app stores limited data from company-owned Meta assets so employees can moderate comments, respond to messages, review reporting, and maintain safe internal operations.

What Data This Covers

Deletion requests may apply to stored interaction data such as:

  • Facebook comments and Instagram comments
  • Messenger conversations and Instagram Direct conversations
  • display names, usernames, sender or author identifiers tied to those interactions
  • AI-generated reply suggestions and final replies tied to those interactions
  • moderation and workflow records tied to those specific interactions

How To Request Deletion

Use the same channel where you interacted with the business whenever possible:

  • If you contacted the business through Messenger, reply in that same Messenger thread and include Data Deletion Request.
  • If you contacted the business through Instagram Direct, reply in that same Instagram Direct thread and include Data Deletion Request.
  • If you interacted through a Facebook comment, send a message to the same Facebook Page and include Data Deletion Request.
  • If you interacted through an Instagram comment, send a direct message to the same Instagram account and include Data Deletion Request.

If the same channel is not available, use another support method offered on the company-owned Page or Instagram account where the interaction took place.

What To Include In Your Request

To help us locate the correct record quickly, please include as much of the following as you can:

  • your display name or username at the time of the interaction
  • the platform used, such as Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or Instagram Direct
  • the Page or Instagram account you contacted
  • an approximate date and time of the interaction
  • a link, screenshot, or short excerpt if available

How We Handle Requests

After we receive a deletion request, we may ask for additional information that is reasonably necessary to confirm the request relates to the interaction at issue and to locate the corresponding record.

Once validated, we aim to delete the relevant stored interaction records and related workflow content, including stored text, generated reply suggestions, and associated moderation history tied to the request.

Timing

We aim to review valid deletion requests promptly and complete them within 30 days when reasonably possible.

We may complete requests sooner when the records are easy to identify, and we may need additional time when a request is incomplete or requires extra verification.

Automatic Retention Window

Even without a user request, Spotlight Media LLC intends for Gravix to retain raw comment and message content, AI-generated reply suggestions, and related response content for no longer than 90 days through a scheduled retention cleanup process unless a shorter period is required by a deletion request.

Limited non-content operational records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for legal, security, anti-abuse, or troubleshooting purposes.

What May Remain After Deletion

In limited cases, we may retain minimal data if required by law, needed to maintain system integrity, or necessary to investigate abuse or security incidents.

Where possible, we aim to keep only the minimum information needed for those limited purposes and remove raw interaction content.
